I’m an accomplished PR professional with years of experience pitching journalists on behalf of CNN, FOX and The Weather Channel. Through those experiences, I successfully gained coverage in/on many outlets including the Atlanta Journal Constitution, the Associated Press, The New York Times, USA Today, TIME, People, Us Weekly, the TODAY Show, Rachel Maddow and more.

Most recently, I’ve been blending my experience in television PR with a life-long dream to work in the fashion and entertainment industries. I successfully managed the Studio Services business at Bloomingdale’s Lenox, which led me to the costume department of DreamWork’s Office Christmas Party starring Jennifer Anniston and SNL’s Kate McKinnon. In that role, I assisted the costume design designer and supervisor gaining even more insight into visual design of garments and accessories. I’ve also styled as a freelancer for the cast of The Rickey Smiley Morning Show, NBA-star Kent Bazemore and K. Michelle’s “More Issues Than Vogue” album release campaign. I’ve also worked as stylist on global campaigns for The Athlete’s Foot.

This blog serves as a creative space for me to share my experiences and cut through the clutter of styled photos with an intelligent take on culture, design, fashion and media.
